We try to offer discounts to charities and start ups (we know how difficult it is developing your teams). The rest is up for a discussion. This has to fit your budget and we love working with people that recognise the importance of emotional intelligence in team dynamics.

The Insight Discovery Profile requires all delegates receive a personal debrief or a workshop to ensure that everyone gets the maximum from this experience. There's a lot in the profile and the chance to talk through the principles and applications can make a big difference to how you get the best from yourself.
We run a variety of different Insight workshops for 6- 80 people. The intention is always to introduce the theory and principles and explore people's personal profiles before looking at how to use it at work. Planning meetings, getting the best from each other, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the team are some common areas we look at. Doing it as team means we can explore team differences while providing a vocabulary for exploring how to get the best from each other. These are powerful sessions that start to unlocks the potential of the team and how they work together.
These workshops often build on our Insights introductory workshops but can be run independently, aiming to understand where the team is on their performance journey, identifying the team's strengths and development areas using Patrick Lencioni's Dysfunctions model with a few high performance additions. These sessions are very interactive with a number of problems and tasks to raise awareness of where the team is before starting to plan their development journey. Lots of insightful fun. We use the Team Performance Indicator as a anonymous question to help shape the day and provide some feedback on the team to start the ball rolling.
This workshop is one our favourite to run, not only because of how much our clients enjoy them but because of the impact they have on personal skills.
These workshops focus on the people skills of individuals while working within the team. Areas such as 'difficult conversations', 'influencing others', how to give skillful feedback are tailored to the needs of the team.
The big difference in our approach is that we use highly skilled actor/coaches who can create real situations and allow people to practise real conversations with authentic human responses, thus maximising the learning and transfer into the work place. The impact it has can be life changing (happy to tell you who said this).
We provide a high octane, high pressure and immersive training day that fully explores how your team operates when stuff hits the fan. You can select from a number of themes using our performance specialists and acting team to provide realistic scenarios and push teams out of their comfort zones.

Performance coaching is integral within all of our programmes not just to help embed the lessons with everyday practice but also to provide a supportive and challenging approach to helping you performance at your best. Alan coaches from a his extensive experiences, underpinned by scientific principles and 30 years of personal practise with all level of performers. And yes, everyone is a performer. He just helps them be themselves with more skill.
