My work sits at the intersection of science, psychology, and real-world performance. I’ve worked in environments where results matter, pressure is real, and theory alone isn’t enough. Everything I do is grounded in evidence and expert practice, then translated into practical skills that reduce friction, improve decision-making, and protect both performance and wellbeing.
I served both as both a Royal Naval and British Army officer (commando qualified). As UK Sport’s High Performance Coaching Manager, I have supported teams and coaches in their run up to the last 5 Olympic Games. For the last thirteen years, I have been working and supporting high performance leaders and teams across a wide range of business sectors and in diverse and challenging environments.
