We use Adaptive Skills Training, something we developed with Olympic athletes and coaches, a unique approach that helps us to accelerate people skills and the confidence to use them. We achieve this by using an experienced team of coaches and actors, creating real workplace scenarios.

It may not be about medals but as skill practitioners, we help teams recognise how their performance impacts on the success of the team. Real change in behaviours and skills is not achieved by a single workshop. Change needs to be nurtured and encouraged on a daily/weekly basis; it takes courage to try something different. We prefer to work alongside our teams, to generate informal and regular connections to help optimise performance change. A trusted advisor, not a one session deliverer.
