The power of the team is still an untapped source of success  in business and something  we see as a game-changer . We've been part of great teams, inspired, challenged, and supported. Those were the days when we made a difference, when we won medals, found life long friends, inspired others. Happy and productive.

Choosing the right level of tailored support for you

Every team is different, not only  where they are in their journey but also, where they need to be, their budget and how how it impacts on their organisation's goals.  Our approach is always to work with our clients to understand their needs  before we create the programme that works for them.

STAGE 1: ENGAGING THE TEAM

Getting to know the team is an important phase to our programmes so that we generate trust in what we deliver and start to engage the members to help shape the training. It has to be relevant and useful for them and dealing with the issues they see as important to them.

INSIGHTS profiling is where we start. It's a fun and engaging session that digs into the behaviours, drivers and issues the team is having while creating an environment that generates honest discussion (psychological safety). We couple this session with a glimpse into high-performing teams and how you can use the colours to help shape your relationships and behaviours.

STAGE 2: TEAM ASSESSMENT AND PLAN

Where are you now?

Where do you need to get to?

Understanding where the team is and where it needs to go is critical  to  create a tailored plan. We provide a simple feedback questions along with a number of teams tasks that allow us to get measured  'feel'for where the team is. This session is highly interactive, thought provoking  and insightful in order to create clarity about the issues strengths and weaknesses of the team. These team metrics also provide use with the information  to measure our impact on your performance (ROI)

STAGE 3: ESTABLISHING THE TEAM FOUNDATIONS

Our experience  suggests that in order to develop any team it needs to establish and embed some fundamental building blocks. Values, vision-mission-Objectives, psychological safety.  Basically, a clarity and buy into where you're going, how you are going to do it and who you have onboard. Establishing these areas provides the spring board for the high-performance.

STAGE 4: BUILDING PERFORMANCE SKILLS

This is our favourite bit, with our acing team. Building on the previous stages we work with you to establish some of the core people skills and situations needed with your team. Communication, negotiation, feedback, coaching, etc and we use our acting team to create 'realistic' scenario to test those skills and provide powerful feedback and coaching support. These sessions are inspiring and insightful, helping to make huge shifts in awareness and skills. The actors are amazing and provide a unique opportunity to make major shifts in personal performance.

STAGE 5: PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE

The proof of the pudding is in the eating and we believe that the simulated sessions with our returning actor team provide a real test of what people are like at work. One team even set our session up as their  annual warm up for their sale teams to help hone and coach them before they met real clients.

Each simulated scenario is tailored to you team and the jobs they do.

PERFORMANCE COACHING

Throughout the programme we offer 1 to 1 and sometimes 1 to 2 coaching opportunities to help members make sense of their own  lessons and apply them within the workplace. A  blend of support, challenge and feedback to help them become the best version of themselves.
