Insights Profiling is the gateway to emotional intelligence, creating a framework for understanding both yourself and your team. It is effective as a stand-alone programme and essential as a first step for all teams learning how to work together effectively.
A key component to developing high-performing teams is the culture - its vision, processes, standards, behaviours and values. We provide a foundation set of processes to help plan, articulate, and deliver the team's medal winning plan for success.
We use Naturalistic Decision-Making (NDM) training and coaching, a unique approach that helps us to accelerate people skills and the confidence to use them. We achieve this by using an experienced team of coaches and actors, creating real workplace scenarios.

The workplace is an environment that promotes learning. It is our colleagues that see us in action, at our best and at our worst. An essential component of the team programmes we create is helping teams to coach each other; to ask great questions, provide amazing feedback, inspire themselves and each other to perform at their best. This is a powerful element of all our programmes.
One of the components of Olympic Team GB's success has been its ability to learn faster than the opposition. In such a fast changing environment, the only way to stay ahead is to be expert at learning and adapting, to be curious about the how and why, to dig deeper, to reflect objectively on your skills and weaknesses, to push yourself, to be challenged.
Business is like Olympic sport in that it has a bottom line and a clear measure of success. It may not be about medals but as skill practitioners, we help teams recognise how their performance impacts on the success of the team. We can help shape and measure improvement and success and provide a rich source of feedback to inspire and excel.
Traditionally, training is very much based on developing knowledge and understanding. Our approach has been perfected from our time with the military and Olympic athletes: accelerating and embedding skills by practicing them in real situations. Performance under pressure when it counts.
Real change in behaviours and skills is not achieved by a single workshop. Change needs to be nurtured and encouraged on a daily/weekly basis; it takes courage to try something different. We prefer to work alongside our teams, to generate informal and regular connections to help optimise performance change. A trusted advisor, not a one session deliverer.
